GC holders - comprehensive health insurance for 185-190 days

this would be my 3rd visit to usa post acquiring my GC (this visit would be for 185-190 days)
-first visit : 17 days, second visit: 76 days

*how & where do I get paid comprehensive health insurance (185-190 days)*
residence : NJ
*do i have to get insured BEFORE landing on usa soil.
(if not, what if on landing, on the tarmac a 747 runs into me...)

like i mentioned, this visit MAY be for 185-190 days...
can it be labelled: 'primarily live outside US and visiting US wth green card'

(what if this trip is shorter or longer than 185 days. am visiting with a one way ticket, with no *definite return date)

This can be a grey visa. A person who is visiting the US should have definite return plans. Otherwise, it can be construed that the person planned to live in the US (moved to US) as he already has greencard.

i am reaching usa on 09june19. (my 3rd visit - return date not definite. maybe 1 month later, maybe 5 months later ,maybe 7 months...BUT definitely less than 1 year)
would want to get insured BEFORE landing in usa.
surely, there has to be a legitimate way...if one is willing to buy/pay.
