I need urgent help here

i am applying for work visa for Germany from USA. So i need confirmation letter from the health insurance stating coverage for emergency medical, hospitalization and repatriation for trips outside the US.

I want this letter within 5 days from now. So how do i issue an health insurance for 1 or 2 month and what would be the amount that needs to be paid?
So please help me with this.
