SRI Reside Plan questions

I have a number of questions. 1. How far in advance can I begin the process of renewal for my upcoming year? I might be traveling during the time of renewal so I like to know if I can begin that process ahead of my travels. 2. Does SRI Reside Plan have an evacuation component? 3. If I take on a different primary insurance in South Korea (where I currently live) will my SRI Reside plan still be viable? 4. Should I need to seek medical care or should I have to be hospitalized while traveling how do I access my SRI benefits? Do I just present my SRI card or is it through reimbursement? 5. Does SRI have any short-term (1 to 3 months) policies?
