Worldwide medical insurance

Hello I am a US and UK citizen currently residing in Florida. In april I will be traveling to spain for 5 months, will be back in the US for a few weeks in sept, then plan to move again outside the US for 4-5 months.I am looking for a comprehensive global medical plan that will cover me worldwide (including US) since I will be in and out of the country several times a year from now on. (I will definitely be spending more than 6 months of any given year outside the US). The plan must also be renewable as i will using this as my primary insurance from now on.

I would be grateful if you could recommend any particular plans for which I am eligible. I had contacted IMG recently, but I was informed that they could not insure me since I am in Florida right now and they are not licensed in that state. I am aware of other insurance companies like SRI, IHI, HCCMIS, but I think it will be better to go through an insurance broker to get the best deal and to ensure that I am eligible.

A quote for each plan would also be helpful. FYI: I am male, 35 years old, no dependents or spouse. I am looking for a deductible of $1000, and premiums paid either monthly or quarterly, preferably in USD. Plan must be annually renewable. Also if there is a dental coverage option pls let me know.

Any personal recommendations of one plan (or insurance provider) over another based on your own experience would also be very helpful.

You can also choose among different deductibles and payment frequencies.

Would be grateful if you could briefly share with me any personal experience with SRI and HCCMIS as I will need to choose between these two (if not choosing dental) since they are both similarly priced.

e.g.
Which has the better reputation
Have either had any problems with claims settlement or practice
Do either offer restrictive global coverage (I know some plans regard puerto rico and USVI for example as US, while others say they are international)
Are both annually renewable (I am already assuming the fact I am in florida is ok, so they must have some form of Fl state licensing)
If not including dental, would you utlimately recommend HCCMIS or SRI
Also any more information about your company (its difficult to tell purely from a website whether a company is a legitimate concern, as Im sure you are aware)

Both SRI and MNU are excellent companies, and for non US residents major medical insurance, both are resellers of the same insurance company, Lloyds.

Both offer worldwide coverage and are annually renewable.

Even without dental, I would recommend MNU IC Platinum because their eligibility criteria is less restricted in some cases regarding residency etc.
