Student Medical Coverage

Hello

I am a medical student from India doing some rotation in the US from April 2017 till July 2017.
I need health insurance for Visa and for hospital documentation purposes.
I will be in 2 different states Florida and New Jersey during my trip. In the application you have asked for only one state
Will the insurance be accepted in both states ?
