questions about OPT coverage

Dear insubuy,

I'm a F1 student currently on OPT visa trying to apply for the Patriot Exchange Program from now until the end of january.

I have few questions about the insurance:

1. How much does the plan cover for in network doctors or out of network doctors?
2. How much does the insurance cover for dental?
3. If a need an emergency surgercy during the period of coverage, how much will it be covered?
4. does this insurance cover gynecologist?
5. Is there an 24/h emergency number I can reach out once I purchase the policy?

Hi!

I've been in the country for 2 years now.
I always had an Italian insurance: Allianz
However this January I wasn't able to go back to Italy and I couldn't renew it.
My last arrival date was January 2016, I'm currently on my opt.

Thank you for all the information.

I'm looking at either Patriot American Plus and
Patriot Exchange Program... I would prefer the Patriot Exchange program however if you can give me more info about the first one and why you suggest it that would be appreciated!


I'm on my opt visa and I need the insurance for 7 months
