Opt health insurance

Hello,
I am currently on opt status and i was trying to buy the health inaurance online i selected a plan with 60$ payment for a month 0$ deductible and max coverage is 100,000. I have a question if i want to buy it for a while year and want ro so monthly payement it is not allowing me to do so. So i have to buy insurance every month by repeating the same procedure?

The name of the plan is ATLAST EXCHANGE. I didn't have insurance last year. In 2015 i had insurance from.my university. I am residing in MO and the last entry date on US was 28 dec 2013.

Ok if i renew it every month is there going to be any renew charges ?
