    half time student eligibility

    I am an international student currently studying at Georgetown University. My friend introduced me "Study USA- Healthcare insurance plan" and you. I have a question regarding applying to a health insurance plan that I hope you could help me with.

    I am currently enrolled in Georgetown as a half time student for its summer program, and will be continuously enrolled as a half time student in the fall semester because I have to finish a required summer course which is an intership. Will I be eligible to the health insurnce plan, and if so when can I activate my insurance if I apply in the next couple days? I'd like to activate it on 15th August. Any help is appreciated.
