About my wife and childrens' J2 insurance plan

Dear Officer,

I have purchased an J1 insurance plan from ISO for myself covering from 10/29/2016 to 10/29/2017, as you can see attached. And now, I want to buy a J2 insurance plan for my 5 years old daughter, who is going to arrive at the US by the end of December. My wife and my new born baby will arrive at the US in the middle of April, 2017. I need a plan for them too. Could you please provide some available plans to help me make a purchase decision? The medical insurance requirements are as follows:
1) Medical benefits of at least $100,000 per accident or illness
2) Repatriation of remains in the amount of $25,000
3) Expenses associated with the medical evacuation of the exchange visitor to his home country in the amount of $50,000
4) A deductible not to exceed $500 per accident or illness

However, there seems to be no plans for my daughter when I search on the website you provided. The search information and result are as attached. Can you help me to find a plan for my daughter? Thank you!
