Question about J1 insurance for 5 days

Hi,

after a year and a half in the US, my J-1 visa program is ending on February 1.
So my wife, son and myself are fully covered until that day.
But we'll be leaving the country a few days later and I'd like to be covered for a few more days just in case.

Is this a service you can offer?
