Patriot exchange program - deductible option

As a J1 holder, I would like to purchase Patriot Exchange Program. Unfortunately, the program offers a 100 $ deductible per incident. I am just wondering if the program is flexible enough to provide other options for deductible, e.g. a deductible of zero or a non-zero deductible per policy period.

Under Patriot Exchange plan you don’t any option to choose the deductible. The plan comes with $100 deductible only.
