Inquiry about the J1 visa insurance in USA

Dear Sir or Madam,

My husband and I will come to New Hampshire USA in April to work as post-doctor holding J1 and J2 visa, we are now in China.

Could you kindly clear my below queries ?

1. If I am pregnant before arriving NH,USA, could we buy the insurance to cover my maternity fees (including examination before and after giving birth to a baby)??

If yes, what is the charge usually?

2. If I pregnant just after arriving in USA, will the University my husband will working for cover my maternity insurance?
