Short term medical insurance for J-1 scholar

Dear sir/madam,

I am currently applying for a J-1 visa for entry into the US and for that I need short-term medical insurance that covers the minimum requirements (please find the requirement attached to this mail) set out in the pre-arrival information guide sent to me by Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute.
I have an appointment at the US ambassy in Paris on the 6th of February. I plan to arrive in the US around the 16th of February and I will start my work (research scholar) on the 22nd of February.
I plan to enroll in Sanford Burnham Prebys' group health plan from the 1st of March. And I need to provide a proof of short term insurance coverage upon check in at the institute.
Would you please send me a quote for this kind of short term coverage?
