Pregnant lady to travel US

Hi, my wife is 5months pregnant and she got her H4 visa and my 1st kid too got her H4 with respect to my H1. So just wanted to know will there be any problem at immegration counter regarding her pregnancy or any precaution we need to take before we travel to US.. please suggest..

Get a letter from your doctor stating that she should be fine during the travel. Without that the airlines may deny boarding.
