    Getting Annexure H4

    Hi,

    I am currently in USA and my wife and daughter are in India. We need to apply for a passport for our daughter. For this, I need to get the Annexure H4 signed by the Consulate. Can anyone please help me on what are the documents needed? And how much time it generally takes to get it done?

    P.S: I am in EDH and will have to apply in San Francisco Consulate.
