I have been undergoing lot of mental torture from my husband . We are married in India & have 4 year old kid born in US . I don't Hv job as I'm on dependent visa so I don't want to apply divorce here . He is not letting me to go India with my kid . Is there any way that I can go India without his knowledge? Will it be a problem ??
