So first of all, I'm a Malaysian citizen residing in India and a few months from now I intend to visit Malaysia.
While my stay there I intend to buy a used playstation 3. So while bringing it back to India am I liable for import duty?
From what I have searched the duty free allowance for bonafide baggage is upto rs.45,000 [as this site claims].
So am I still liable for import duty?
Checking out other sites have left me in confusion... can anyone clear my doubts please?
