Question regarding which address to use by greencard holder for rental lease in India

I am US resident (green card holder) and have property in India which I want to give on rent. To prepare rental lease I like to know which address I should use in India. Shall I say that I am resident of such and such place in US and have such and such address in India. Or I have to just say I am resident of US only with such and such address. I like to know if you can provide any sample rental lease for India. Also, I want to give power of attorney to my brothers in India to manage rental property and have the same question?
