Mismatch Edcuation details

I have done my graduation in 2006 and M.C.A in 2009 as full time.I have joined a company with my graduation as highest qualification.Company wants to process my L1 visa where they will treat my highest degree as graduation.In future if want to apply for H1 b or L1 in other organization with M.C.A.Is it will raise any RFP or issues when visa processing happens.

please let me know the detail information if possible.
