Selling property in India

I plan to sell my property in India which purchased when I was Indian citizen. Recently I have got my US citizenship. I have a PAN card.
Do I need to have OCI card to sell the property in India ?

No. You don't need OCI specially to sell property. But travel purpose if you need you can apply for OCI.
