document confirming unemployment for a b2 visitor

Hello everyone,

I am currently staying in the US on a tourist b2 visa, and likely will be here for several months. In order to get unemployment benefits from my previous employer in Germany I would need to provide every month a certificate stating that I am unemployed / registered as seeking employment and not getting any unemployment benefits in USA. Do you know if (and where) I could get such a document?
