I just came across problem today, I don't know that is this right tracker to ask or not. But need some guideline o it.
My wife has valid H4 stamp up to November 2017 and we have changed her status from H4 to F1. She does not have F1 stamp. Question is can she entered in USA with H4 stamp since I want her to be on H4. I need H4 back to apply H4 EAD since her college is making problem for OPT.
Any help on it will be great. Also please let me know if anyone know which tracker can answer this question.
