Document carry bag type inside the US Consulate ?

Though the instructions says to carry a transparent carry bag for all the documents in the US Consulate when going for VISA interview, I just wanted to ask if I can carry a Gray/Black colored 7 pocket file folder similar to as shown in the following link:

I'm guessing if the instructions say clear bag, then you should comply, they are not joking, they are very strict and you don't want to mess anyhing up.
