I have received Indian passport issued on 23/09/06 without ECNR/ECR page.
I contacted two PRO's in passport office New Delhi both have different views
i) I have to write an application for ECNR stamp and submit the passport
ii) now a days ECNR stamp is not required only ECR stamp is put on if some is not eligable for ECNR
Kindly advice.
