Hello Friends,
Friend of mine is travelling to US on L1 in april 2007 and his wife is carrying tha baby now. By April 2007 she will be around 7 months. And so far she dont have a L2 and yet to apply for her. Will it be a problem while going for the L2 visa interview? or will it be a problem when she enters US on her 7th month.
My friend has to decide whether to travel or not based on these factors.
Any one have encountered these kinda situations please help us out.
