I am looking for training in J2EE. Any idea where to get good training. I am in a job, so cannot not take time off. So looking for training something like e-school where I can learn this language without any problem. Please suggest me from where I can get that training. Any evening classes, scheduling issue. Any site, which gives, free resources?

I ran into this issue, when I was thinking of taking training. After some time I gave up, because my employer was not sending me training which I want. I wanted to make my skills more marketable, as when I was working it was benefiting my employer, but not necessarily making myself more marketable -

If you have trouble in getting training, try online. Problem with online free resource is u need to do lot of work, and if u r not disciplined enough, it will take lot of time. Also trying by you, u will never get a feel for how is the real environment. You can try "instructor led live online training". They are better as u can do from home and u have the real expert with who u r talking. Just search in goggle.Comment
