InfoPass not taking appts

I thought InfoPass would be great. I went online to set up an appointment in Dublin, but after entering all of the information, I got a message that they were not taking informational appointments, and that I should check back later. I just wondered if they will ever be taking appointments of this type? Has anyone else run into this problem with InfoPass in other locations? I don't understand why they would advertise this service if it isn't really available.

My uncle just got appointed in Denver and every thing's fine, better check them out again.
