Driver's licence on H4

Hi,

I am on H4 and I applied for a state id at the dept of motor vehicles in NJ with the H4 approval notice. The DMV looked at the H4 approval notice and said that the petitioner name is my name in the I 94 portion of the approval notice which is wrong and so they cannot accept that document. They said since my H4 is dependent on my husband's H1, the correct petitioner name should be my husband's name in the I94 part of the approval notice. Mt H4 extension was applied along with my husband's H1 B extension and his approval notice had the petitioner as his company.

Can someone let me know how do i rectify this issue with USCIS?
