I have known my fiance for almost 5yrs now and just got engaged at xmas 2007, I am just trying to find out what lies ahead when I try to get a K1 visa medical, I have had MS for some time although I am quite able bodied, and have been in remission for 13yrs.
Does anyone have experience of having had amedical and being refused a visa because of a pre existing medical condition that does not hamper their lifestyle?
I would be so broken hearted if this prevented me from joining him.
any advice?
