Hi .. My Parents got the Green Card thru family category in September 2007. In January 2008 they have gone for a visit to India . My fathers Passport is expiring in March 2008. They plan to travel back to US by April end in 2008 .
My parents own Residential property in Ahmedabad which is/was their permamnet address in India . Can my father apply for passport renewal in Ahmedabad Passport office ? Does he fills his Indian address as Permamnet address in the passport application or is he required to fill his "American address" as his permamnet address in the application (He lives with his kids in US) . If he fills his US address would he fall under the Ahmedabad's jurisdiction to process his passport application.
