Hi, I need some informations. I am a U.S. permanent Resident (green card holder). I have been staying in the U.S. for 2 years and is planning to go back to my home country the Philippines to finish my education and study Nursing. It will take about 2 years. How does it affect my Residency status and my pursuit of U.S. citizenship. How much will be the approximate cost. What are the things that I need to do. Will I be given a special consideration because I will be pursuing education.
