I'm a permanent resident working for a US company based in Texas. My employer has a 6 weeks on, 6 weeks off schedule. On my 6 weeks on I'm required to work overseas on my 6 weeks off I return to the US and stay at my property on the west coast. Technically I'm more than 6 month outside the country within a year.
Could this be a problem to retain my GC even thoug my US employer sends me overseas to work for him?????
BTW: I'm not somebody who applied for a GC and only comes here every once in a while to keep it. I live here, own property have bank accounts, credit cards, driver license, cars etc........
