Hi,
I have valid H1 visa till 4th Feb 2009 and also I have visa stamping till 4th Feb 2009 and my employer is filing H1 extension in one week. Now I have planned to visit India on 8th Dec 2008 and returning back on 20th Jan 2009.
I am planning to take H1B extension filing receipt with me.
Please advice shall I need to go again for stamping visa if I receive approval before 20th Jan 2009 or I can re-enter US with my current H1 visa status.
