Hi,
In my passport my surname is written at "Given name" and in the place for surname my full name is given with Middle name. But in my Visa it is given properly as surname & Given Name at proper place.
How to book the ticket and whether to use the surname in passport as firstname or just book the ticket with fullname as it is in passport ? Will it creat any problem at teh time of entering USA.
