Immigrant visa denied

Hi,
My Immigrant Visa application based on approved I360 battered spouse of american citizen was denied under section 212(a)(5)(A). Please suggest me what to do now. Please note that my I360 was approved on Dec 21,2007 with priority date sep 19,2005. I-824 was received March 14,2008, and my interview for the visa was in May 21, 2012. I have got re-married on Nov 2011.
