Hello.
i got here in the US on March 1st 2019 and I got married on 18th May 2019. I already filed for a AOS. We didn’t plan to get married while that period (I have proof that I had a job since the very day before to leave, or like 2 ticket plane that I got thinking that I was about to go home)
my my question is that there is anybody here that went through the same process (entering with a esta) and had problems at the interview? Like they would suspect that is froud anyway?
I’m very scared about that????
(PS I’m Italian and he is a us citizen. I already got my AOS filed and fingerprints reviewed completed in less then 30 days now)
