I am planning to get it corrected in Housten as
Name A
Surname B
So its a case of spliting name not name change.
i am located in arkansas.
Do i need to give ad for name split in indian and american newspapaer. Houston consulate website does not talk about name spliting but new york consulate doesn't need d for name change in indian and american newspapaer.
