Not able to re upload Image for OCI

Hi All,

I was able to fill in all the information for OCI for renewed Passport and it went well and then it came back saying that my photo is not correct and re upload my photo. I tried re uploading going to OCI Upload/Reupload link. It asks for the Passport number and Reference File number along with autogenerated characters, filled in everything and again it says your application was rejected because your photo is not in correct format, re upload the photo. But there is no link to upload the photo. What should I do. I tried in Chrome, Firefox and Edge, it is the same issue everywhere.
