Indian marriage Registration in USA

Hi,

We got married in India in 2009. Both me and my spouse are working for different employers on H1 B visa. We came back to USA without registering our marriage because of various routine / urgent activities that follow every wedding. Is it possible to get the marriage registered in USA? If yes, how can we do that.
