Change wife name in the possport

Hello, everyone:
I really appreciate you help on this.

I am in L1 working in Houston. My First wifes name is in the passport and she is no more. I would like to update second wife's name on my passsport and trying to bring her in US.
Do I need to submit any additional documents other than Marriage certificate and marriage photos?.
Can I change my Wife's name on the passport from Houston?

You need to produce the proof regarding how your first wife is no more, such as death certificate, divorce certificate etc.

Yes, you can get the change made through Indian consulate in Houston provided you are in their jurisdiction.
