hello,
I have been having trouble finding a decent answer to my question and have decided to come here to seek answers.
My friend's mother, who lives in Taiwan, just recently reapplied for visa to come to U.S. again for a second time. The first time she came to the U.S. (2001) she applied for an extension of her B1/B2 Visa and was successful. She has, since that time, lost her receipt and the information regarding this granted extension.
When she recently reapplied to come to U.S. she was denied because she lacked the evidence that she applied for extension of her B1/B2 visa. She lost this information some time ago!!
Now my question is, How does she obtain the information/evidence that she applied for an extension? Where should she go? Who should she call?
Any answer to my questions would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!!
