Name change in GC

Hi,

I am a green card holder. I recently changed my maided name to married name inthe SSN card and Driver's Lisence. I still have not changed it in my Passport and GC. I am planning to Travel to India.Will I have any issues at port of entry while returningback to USA since I have a different last name in my SSN card? or only the PPT and GC matters?
