Process to get the permission to utilize amount paid

Dear Friends,

Due to second time cancellation of the Interview appointment I was not in a position to fill my application online as it shows that now your account will activate on 10th oct’2011.

As we were to go to meet our children because of “BABY SHOWER” celebration, we paid 'USA MRV VISA FEE' again and presently my wife is in US.

Also note as we have not utilized the 'USA MRV VISA FEE', requested U.S.VFS helpdesk Delhi [mailto:[email protected]] to please give me the permission to utilize by my close relatives.

Kindly note while going through the website https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visa-fee-in-india/, it is mentioned “The fees are not refundable and must be paid by each applicant. Fee payment is also non-transferable “EXCEPT WITH THE PERMISSION OF THE EMBASSY” .

Therefore, I am requesting to please advise/ help me the process to proceed further to enable me to get the permission to utilize the paid amount by my close relatives.
