visa suggestions.

I am an international chess player. I live in India. I want to move to USA for work. I want to work as a chess trainer.I have some people who are ready to hire me as a independent contractor for their chess academies, but they are not ready to hire me as a fulltime coach so i can not apply for H1.I already have b1/b2 visa.

so what type of visa should i apply?? P1,O1 or is there any other type of visa??
