MARRIAGE WITH us citizen my conditional green card

My wife filed case in family court Sacramento CA for nullity of marriage on account of fraud. I defended by filing for dissolution of marriage. The court granted her
Nullity of marriage, this court ordered me to pay her attorney fee$ 5840.00 / forthwith. I appealed for installment of attorney fees. The court accepted my appeal& ordered to pay $150.00 each month which will be totally paid in 38 months whereas my conditional Green card will expire in January 2013 my QUESTION IS
I: want to file appeal in higher court but I have no attorney fee. Will state provide me attorney? 2 will I be allowed to remain in US till payment of all installments of attorney fees to my wife which will be completed in 38 months in March 2015
