I am trying to apply for a Green Card for myself under the EB1-A category.

Initially, the lawyer had informed me that he can guarantee me an EB-2 NIW approval (100%) but not an EB1-A (98%). Due to some recent achievements in my career in the last few months, I emailed the lawyer once again with my updated profile. This time around, the lawyer replied positively and was kind enough to offer me their "Approval or Refund" service for my EB-1A case. Here's the agreement I am supposed to sign: Note that the document is publicly available so I am just re-posting it here for convenience of access.

To me, everything seems good. Basically, if it my application does not get approved, I will be refunded the entire amount I paid them (minus the fee paid to USCIS). Are there any specific questions I ought to ask the lawyer before signing the agreement?

H4 Visa with I797 approval notice - Urgent

Hi,

My Dependent stamping is on 17th Jan '2017. I am in USA and my VISA got expired but I have a hard copy of Approved Extension petition(upto Jan 2018). My question is,

- when my wife going for stamping(17th) Before that I need to get it stamped or is it fine to they Can attend the stamping interview with the Approval Notice copy?

Am I eligible for EB2

Hi,
I did my Masters in Electrical Engineering . I have another Masters from my home country Bangladesh. I am currently working in a company who is applying for H1b for me. I have work experience of 1 year. Am I eligible for Eb2 ? Should I contact attorney if my company doesnt file for green card? I am efficient in lots of programming language.

Perm & i-140

I am currently waiting for PERM approval. Below are some questions and I would appreciate guidance.

- My PERM was submitted on Jan 22 2017 and PERM current date is Jan 31, 2017; how soon can I expect a response on my application?
- What are the factors used by DOL to prioritize the PERM approvals? (State/Job Category/...)
- How soon can I-140 be filed? My H1B expires in Sept 2017.
- How soon can my employer file for an H1B extension? Should they wait for I-140 approval?
- Can I change employer after receiving I-140 approval?
- With my new employer do i have to go through PERM again? Do I need experience letter from current employer (where i got my PERM approved)?

Can I apply for H4 while my H1 stamping is stuck at 221g?

Hello Sir,

I appeared for H1B Visa stamping on 9th May,2017 at US Consulate Mumbai, India. I was give 221g with "Additional Administration processing required" check box. My Case was earlier went into RFE and my employer has provided good number of documents that time. 1) As my case was already scrutinize by USCIS, is that a possibility 221g process get resolve within 1 months time?

2) As we are uncertain on the time frame, meanwhile can I apply for H4 to visit my spouse in USA? Will there be a issue on H1B 221g process?
