im a physician doind my fifth year in underserved area. I filed for my i-140 this year and had it approved for NIW-EB2 , physician in underserved category.
Im not sure if i have to wait till my I-140 becomes current? I m willing to file for I-485 now. The question is do i get EAD after 5 years of service in underserved area or do I have to wait till I-140 priority date becomes current?
