I have been recently thinking of applying for EB2 with a national interest waiver. I'm Canadian born. I have a 4 year bachelors degree in Finance. I also hold two professional designations Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). I'm also working to complete a master's degree MBA in economics or accounting from an AACSB accredited Canadian university. I have advanced standing and can complete the degree in 1 year instead of 2. I'm wondering if this will have any effect on my application? I also have 3 1/2 years post-bachelors experience as a financial planner. Does the specific job I apply for under NIW have to be a job I've had before? or can it be one that I have the qualifications for ? I'm aware that the job must be degree + 5 years experience or master's degree minimum. Just wondering if it can be any job I have qualifications for.
