i have a confusion,
im on L1B blanket, Can I apply for NIW?
Recently i took an evaluation by an attorney,and according to them i am a quite a promising candidate for NIW and
they want to file my application for NIW on approval or refund basis, i am quite confused if that's just their strategy??
