Need Urgent advise- EB2 NIW

I have been approached by a New Delhi agency asking me to apply for EB2 NIW Green Card. I am holding Masters in Engineering degree with around 20 years of Telecom/ IT professional experience and also have professional certifications. Please advise if I can apply for this visa category and Agency asking for the fees as well to pay USCIS charges. They are saying we can get Visa in 6-7 months.I also took the skill assessment from CIAF,non profit org, the result was positive, and that I am eligible to apply.

What are the chances of getting this Visa and EB2 Visa category has long Queue and not seeing any movement.

Please advise if I can go through this agency for applying VIsa.
